How long it takes
Your order goes through two steps:
- Making your product: usually 2–5 business days.
- Delivery: depends on where you live. Typical times with standard shipping:
- United States and Canada: about 3–4 business days
- Europe: about 5–20 business days (often faster)
- Rest of the world: depends on the country (checkout shows an estimate)
Checkout shows an estimated delivery date for your address. These are estimates, and carriers can be slower at busy times like the holidays.
What it costs
Shipping is worked out at checkout from your country and what you order, using Printful's shipping rates. You'll always see the shipping price and the total before you pay.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you'll get a tracking link. You can also find it any time under My orders. Large orders sometimes arrive in more than one package.
Customs and import fees
Most orders are made in the region they're going to, so there are no extra fees. If your order has to cross a border, your country may charge customs or import fees on delivery. These are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by the person receiving the package.
Please check your address
Make sure your address is complete and correct before you order. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or it wasn't collected, we can send it again, but the new shipping cost applies.
